Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: From 12:00 PM
  • Check-Out Time: Until 12:00 PM
  • Early Check-In: Has a cost of 50% of the room rate.
  • Late Check-Out:
    • After 12:00 PM and before 04:00 PM will incur a charge of 50% of the room rate.
    • After 04:00 PM will incur a charge of 100% of the room rate.
    • Early Check-In and Late Check-Out must be requested at the front desk and are subject to availability.

Important Information:

  • Modifications & Cancellations: Date changes can be requested with at least 7 days' notice. Cancellations are subject to the following policy:
    • 15+ days prior to arrival: Full refund.
    • 07-14 days prior to arrival: 50% charge.
    • 06 days or less/No-show: 100% charge.
  • Postponement of Stay: The reservation can be postponed once, subject to availability and rate adjustments.

Guest Responsibilities

  • Usage: The guest must make appropriate use of the facilities.
  • Damages: The guest is responsible for any damage or loss caused to the hotel's furniture or equipment.
  • Forgotten Items: Forgotten items will be stored for a maximum of 30 days. The guest is responsible for all shipping costs for their return.

Hotel Policies

  • Smoking: Hotel Chacao Suites is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking in non-designated areas will result in a $100 cleaning fee.
  • Pets: Pets are not allowed, with the exception of assistance animals.

Safety & Regulations

  • Safe Deposit Box: The hotel provides safe deposit boxes. The hotel is not responsible for the loss of items not stored in these boxes.
  • Parking: Use of the parking facilities is at the guest's own risk; the hotel is not liable for any damage or theft.
  • Weapons: The entry and carrying of firearms are strictly prohibited. Anyone who fails to comply with this rule will be expelled without the right to a refund, and legal actions may be taken.

Cancellation & Refund Policies

HOTEL DINASTIA, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to offer clear and flexible policies so you can book with confidence. We recommend carefully reading the following terms applicable to your reservation.

1. Flexible Rate (Refundable)

  • Free Cancellation: You can cancel or modify your reservation up to 15 days before your scheduled check-in date without any charge. The full amount of the reservation will be refunded.
  • Late Cancellation: For cancellations made within 07 to 14 days prior to arrival, a penalty equivalent to 50% of the amount paid will be charged.
  • 06 days or less/No-show: Full charge.
  • No-Show: If you do not arrive on the check-in date without prior cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

2. Promotional Rate (Non-Refundable)
This rate offers a special discount in exchange for a more restrictive cancellation policy.

  • The total amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable under any circumstances (including cancellation, modification, or no-show).

3. Reservation Modifications

  • Any modification to the stay dates is subject to availability and the difference in the applicable rate for the new selected period.
  • Modifications requested within the 7-day period prior to arrival will be treated as a late cancellation (subject to corresponding charges) and a new reservation.

4. Early Check-in / Late Check-out

  • Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. We recommend coordinating this with our team in advance.

5. Exceptional Circumstances (Force Majeure)

  • In cases of extraordinary and uncontrollable events (such as official severe weather alerts, airport closures, etc.) that prevent you from traveling, we will be pleased to reschedule your stay for new dates subject to availability or issue a voucher for the total amount paid, valid for 12 months. This policy is applied at management's discretion and may require official documentation.
